To ensure speed and AI-processing capabilities, we utilize world-class infrastructure:

Secure storage for your audio and image files on global cloud servers.

OpenAI API
Used solely for transforming your lecture transcripts into structured notes. Data sent to OpenAI is not used to train their global models.
3. Data Ownership & Access
We do not sell your data. Period. While our system administrators have technical access to the database to ensure service continuity, we have strict internal policies against accessing user content without explicit support requests. Your privacy is our priority.
