By accessing Eduram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Hungary. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Eduram operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our platform.

You retain 100% ownership of the audio recordings, notes, and transcripts you create. However, by using Eduram, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained all necessary permissions/consent from all parties being recorded.
• You grant Eduram a license to process your content (via OpenAI and Cloudflare) solely to provide the services requested (transcription, note generation, and storage).

You may not use Eduram for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including the recording of individuals without their express consent in jurisdictions where this is required by law.
